Then you are not starting at zero, and the first line changes shape: it becomes auditing and reconciling what you already have, rather than building it. Everything above it works the same way — one model, one pipeline, one diagnosis, built and handed over.

You want someone in the building.

Then hire them. We build the system and hand it over; we don't fill the seat, and pretending otherwise costs you a year.

You want a subscription.

There won't be one. When we're done the system is yours, which means there's nothing left for us to rent you.

You can't give access to your sources.

Then there's nothing to connect, and both of us would be guessing. This is the one we can't work around.
